"This agency has been taking me for a ride and it’s unacceptable. Chelsea herself told me that she was excited for may to come because my bill would drastically drop. Well, it’s almost August and we’re still here. Any excuse to take all the money they can because “there’s nothing they can do about it” They don’t care about the customer like they say they do. Instead they hide behind other departments they don’t have control over. Be better."

"The agent I had the pleasure of working with, Norine Cummings, changed the way I thought about the process of buying auto insurance forever. This is how it should be. She was extremely pleasant and both helpful and informative without the stereotypical pushy approach we all hate when dealing with salespeople and is why we all hold a certain distaste for having to go through the process time and time again.
